Pilkix, operated by Pilkix, generates images from a photo you upload, using templates that we publish and review. You choose a template; you do not write your own instructions to the image model. Each generation spends tokens from your balance.
You need an account to use Pilkix. You must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 in the European Economic Area. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your Pilkix account.
Tokens are bought through Google Play and are consumed when you generate an image. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and under any refund right the law gives you. A failed generation that is our fault does not consume tokens; deleting your account forfeits any unused balance.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us only the permission we need to store and process them in order to produce the result you asked for, and to keep the service safe. That processing may run on our own machines or, when their capacity is full, through an external image-generation provider acting for us. We do not use your photos to train models, we do not permit our providers to, and we do not publish them.
You may use the images Pilkix generates for you, including commercially, subject to these Terms. We do not claim ownership of them. Generated images are synthetic: do not present them as photographs of something that actually happened.

If a generated image is offensive or breaks these rules, report it from the app on the result screen. Reports are reviewed by a person. We may remove content, refuse to generate, suspend or terminate an account, and report unlawful material to the authorities.
Pilkix is provided as it is. We do not promise that a generated image will meet a particular expectation, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; the date at the top changes and material changes are announced in the app. You may stop using Pilkix at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
