Open Profile and choose Delete account. You will be asked to
confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Without the app installed
Send a request from the email address the account uses to
pilkixapps@gmail.com with the subject
Delete my account. We reply from the same address to confirm the request came from
you, and we complete the deletion within 30 days of that confirmation.
What is erased
Your email address and email verification state.
Your sign-in identities, so the account can no longer be signed into.
Your sign-in event history, including the recorded IP addresses and user agents.
Your push notification token.
Every photo you uploaded and every image generated for you — the files are deleted from
storage, and the records that pointed at them lose the original filename and the image URL.
The stored parameters and results of every job you ran.
The processing logs of your jobs.
Your saved design projects.
Any job still queued or running is cancelled and removed from the queue.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription
Google Play holds your subscription, not us. Deleting your Pilkix account removes your data here,
but Google keeps charging until the subscription itself is cancelled — and once the account is
gone you can no longer see it in the app.
Cancel it first, in the Play Store: Menu → Payments & subscriptions →
Subscriptions → Pilkix → Cancel subscription. Cancelling leaves you the time you have
already paid for; deleting the account does not refund it. If you have already deleted the account
and cannot find the subscription, write to
pilkixapps@gmail.com and we
will help you locate it.
What is retained, and why
Purchase and token accounting records. We are required to keep records of
payments. After deletion they carry no email address and no sign-in identity.
One anti-abuse marker, for twelve months. An irreversible hash of your sign-in
identity and nothing else. It records that this sign-in has already had its free starting
credits, and lets a refund Google issues after deletion be settled. The privacy policy
describes it in full.
Content reports you submitted. These are safety records and are kept so that a
report can still be acted on.
An empty account record marked deactivated, which the accounting records above
refer to.
Database backups may still contain a copy until those backups are rotated
out of storage.
Unused tokens
Deleting your account sets your token balance to zero. Unused tokens are forfeited and are not
refunded. Spend them before you delete the account if you want to use them.
